As a result of military operational and environmental reasons (not further explained) the authorization for the operation of this (current military) antenna farm is postponed. Despite all the positive contributions of the various radio amateurs and military units and individual soldiers, PH00ZWAT may not be operational in the planned period.
However, once the operation can proceed, we will timely reporting. Commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Defence is sorry to inform and apology for any inconvenience this situation.

Ik denk dat het helemaal niet meer door kan gaan Paul. Het hele verhaal en aankondiging is door de verkeerde mensen gelezen op allerlei social media. Omwonenden hebben daarop een klacht of zo ingediend omdat men angst had voor storingen e.d. Defensie wil daarop geen slechte naam krijgen en dus gaat het hele verhaal niet door. Het enige wat hadden kunnen doen is het niet van te voren aan te kondigen, maar ja....dan is er ook minder kans op succes. Ik vind het erg jammer dat het allemaal zo loopt. Je kan hier in nederland steeds minder leuke (grote) dingen doen met onze hobby.

Hallo Bas, is dat het... nu snap ik wat ze bedoelen met 'environmental reasons' wat een flauwekul. Voor 1 weekend. Tja, ik heb nu in mijn buurt iemand met waarschijnlijk PLC. Daar ben ik ook niet blij mee. Ik zal navraag gaan doen in mijn buurt om na te gaan wie dat heeft, anders een keer met mijn MW golf radiootje de bron opsporen. Het ontvangen is op bepaalde frequenties niet meer mogelijk voor mij. 73 Paul
DeleteWOW Paul that sure does look like a very impressive antenna array. What does this antenna testing have to do with ham radio op's out your way. Here if the military is testing anything we are never or seldom asked to get involved.
